Problems with my order

It is rare, but sometimes mistakes are made in production or shipping.

Please contact us immediately if there is something amiss with your order.

We may ask for photos of your books or the boxes they were shipped in, as applicable.

If we were promptly notified and determine that we were responsible for the issue, we will do what is necessary to make things right.

We may offer to remake the books, give a full or partial refund, or offer a credit on your next order.

Note: Please note that we are not responsible for any errors with the files you submit, including issues like low-resolution images, incorrect bleeds, or typos.

Before submitting your order, please have your print-ready files prepared. You should have also chosen your book materials and finishing options.

Once you're ready to submit your book files, you'll fill out an order form. We'll then provide a link for you to upload all your files. After we review your files, we'll send you any notes or questions we have, along with an invoice and payment instructions.

Minimum order size/quantity

Our minimum total order amount is $1000. For saddle stitch booklets, we also require a minimum quantity of 25.

NOTE: An order consists of one unique title. For example, you cannot combine Volume 1 and Volume 2 to reach the $1000 minimum.

How do I place a reorder?

If you would like to reorder a book that we've made for you in the past, simply contact us and let us know how many copies you would like to make. Depending on how long it has been since the original order, that may be all the information that we need, or we may ask you to submit a new order form.

For digital production, reorders cost is typically the same as a new order, as it's essentially like starting over. If your book has foil stamping, we may still have the metallic die(s), and won't need to charge for those again if so.

We typically keep the PDF files related to your order for several years. If you have made edits, you can of course supply updated files.

Depending on how long ago the original order was, your reprint may differ slightly from the original printing due to material availability and updated production equipment. You can order a hard proof get an accurate preview of what the reorder will look like.
