Are you able to support rush orders?
We offer rush services on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested, contact us and we will check our production schedule and review the details of your book to determine if a rush service for your order will be possible. Additional fees will apply.
Note: Our standard turnaround times are 2-3 weeks for softcovers and 3-4 weeks for hardcovers, not including proofing or shipping time.
What are your standard turnaround times?
In general, turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for softcovers, and 3-4 weeks for hardcovers, not including proofing and shipping time.
You should allow additional time for order processing and file review.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in our proofing or production schedule as a result of incorrectly prepared files submitted by our customers.
The actual turnaround time depends on how busy we are, choice of finishing options, and book specifications.
